Demo 1: Filters

PSF29B03S (Narrowband)

Nuvotronics filters, with PolyStrata® technology, provide wideband suspended substrate or narrowband machined filter performance in a compact, surface-mount form factor. We'll be showcasing these solutions, which can be 100x smaller than a suspended substrate and machined filter solutions while delivering comparable performance.

  • PSF29B22S has a typical insertion loss of 0.4 dB across 18 - 40 GHz in a self shielded, 7.58 x 4.60 x 1.60 mm SMT footprint
  • PSF29B03S has a typical insertion loss of 1.2 dB across 27.5 – 31 GHz in a 8.79 x 3.40 x 1.1 mm SMT footprint
  • Available in high-volume production runs

Demo 2: Couplers
PSC18H07S (4-port)

Nuvotronics couplers offer significant SWaP advantages compared to suspended substrate designs, being 6-10 times smaller in size. We’ll be demonstrating the ultra-low insertion loss and amplitude and phase balance performance of a 90-degree 3dB coupler, which operates from 6 to 18 GHz.

  • The ultra-broadband coupler is SMT capable and is self-shielded in a 5.7 x 21.3 mm footprint
  • SMT Coupler with low loss < 0.5dB, excellent phase (+/- 3 deg) and amplitude balance (+/- 1.0dB), and with 20dB isolation
  • Available in high-volume production runs

Demo 3: Combiners
6-18 GHz 4 Way

Nuvotronics Combiners deliver dramatic SWaP value for Solid-State Power Amplifier for ultra-broadband and millimeter wave applications. We'll be comparing them to Waveguide Combiners > 100x footprint at 1% the weight.

  • The SMT 6-18GHz 4 Way Combiner supports 80W of power handling at 0.5dB insertion loss at 13dB min channel isolation with excellent phase (+/- 1 Deg) and amplitude balance (+/- 0.2dB) in a 14 x 50mm surface-mountable footprint

  • The 6-18GHz 4 Way Combiner is part of a series of combiners also addressing 18-40GHz, Ka, U to V Band

  • Available in high-volume production runs
